About EnergyFaults
EnergyFaults is an independent technical reference designed to make device fault information easier to find and understand.

What this site is
EnergyFaults is a structured database of error codes, warning codes, warning-light meanings and symptoms for solar inverters, EV chargers, home batteries and heat pumps.
Most fault information is buried in PDFs, forum threads or region-specific support pages. We reorganise that information around the thing you actually have in front of you: a code on a display, a light pattern on a charger, or a device that has stopped working.
What this site is not
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any manufacturer listed on the site.
- It is not a service company — we do not perform repairs or send technicians.
- It is not a forum, and it is not built from user speculation.
How records are structured
Category → manufacturer → product family → model → fault or symptom. Each fault record carries its own meaning, severity, safe-to-continue guidance, user-safe checks, technician actions and source citations.
The same code can mean different things on different product families. EnergyFaults keeps those meanings separate instead of averaging them into one brand-wide definition.
