Informational purpose

EnergyFaults publishes technical reference information for troubleshooting energy devices. It is not a service manual, not a substitute for the documentation supplied with your device, and not professional engineering advice.

Your responsibility

Only perform work you are qualified and authorised to perform. Where a page classifies a fault as high voltage or technician only, stop and engage a qualified technician. Always follow the manufacturer instructions for your exact model and any local electrical regulations.

Accuracy

Fault meanings can change between firmware versions, revisions and regions. We date every record so you can judge how current it is, and we correct records when documentation proves them wrong.

Third-party names

Manufacturer and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. EnergyFaults is independent and is not affiliated with the manufacturers listed on this site unless explicitly stated.

Corrections

If you believe a record is wrong or incomplete, report it through the form on the relevant page. Reports are reviewed by an editor.
