LED error indication

The battery module shows an error indication through its status LEDs instead of the normal ready or working pattern.

Common causes

  • Module-level fault reported by the BMS
  • Communication loss between modules
  • Temperature or voltage limit reached
  • Firmware or address mismatch after module work

Safe checks

  1. 1Record the LED colour, blink count and which module shows it.
  2. 2Check whether the rest of the system still serves the property.
  3. 3Do not open battery modules or remove covers — they store energy after shutdown.
  4. 4Contact a certified installer with the LED pattern.

When to call a technician

Call a qualified technician if the device repeats the fault after a manufacturer-approved restart, shows a burning smell, has damaged or discoloured wiring, or if the symptom involves the battery, inverter power stage or any sealed high-voltage component.
