Wi-Fi not connecting
The battery system cannot join the home Wi-Fi network, so remote monitoring is unavailable.
Common causes
- 2.4 GHz network unavailable — many energy devices only support 2.4 GHz
- Password changed since commissioning
- Signal too weak at the installation position
- Access point isolation or firewall rules
Safe checks
- 1Confirm a 2.4 GHz network exists and is enabled.
- 2Check the password on another device.
- 3Move the router or add an access point only if the installer permits.
- 4Re-run the manufacturer Wi-Fi setup procedure from the owner app.
When to call a technician
Call a qualified technician if the device repeats the fault after a manufacturer-approved restart, shows a burning smell, has damaged or discoloured wiring, or if the symptom involves the battery, inverter power stage or any sealed high-voltage component.
