Battery at zero percent

The battery is at 0% state of charge and stops supporting the property.

Common causes

  • Extended high consumption exhausting the reserve
  • Grid outage longer than the stored energy
  • Charging prevented by a mode or schedule
  • Fault preventing charge

Safe checks

  1. 1Check the reserve and backup percentages in the app.
  2. 2Confirm whether charging is scheduled or blocked by mode.
  3. 3Check for any active fault code.
  4. 4Allow a full charge cycle before drawing conclusions about capacity.

When to call a technician

Call a qualified technician if the device repeats the fault after a manufacturer-approved restart, shows a burning smell, has damaged or discoloured wiring, or if the symptom involves the battery, inverter power stage or any sealed high-voltage component.
